Write to fauxapps@gmail.com. Include your device model, Android version, and the app version shown in Settings.

The app says "Root access required"

Open your root manager (Magisk, KernelSU, or APatch), allow FauxClockNG, then tap Retry in the app. If you dismissed the first prompt, the root manager may have recorded a denial; switch it to allow in the root manager's app list.

I bought Pro and it is not active

Open Settings, find the Pro card, and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Google account that made the purchase. A pending payment unlocks when Google Play completes it.

A setting made my device unstable

Restart the device. Kernel settings return to the kernel's own values at restart unless you chose to apply saved values on boot. If the device is unstable right after boot, open the app, go to Settings, and turn that option off.

Refunds

Google Play handles refunds. Use the order in your Google Play purchase history.
